It can also fold in the exam wait, the funding paperwork, or the months someone spent thinking about it first. So two numbers can both be honest and still look nothing alike. However, here is the piece most sites skip. Every certification has two owners. First, we own the training — the syllabus, the instructor, the cohort calendar. SAP S/4HANA: Program Length and Study Load
SAP is our flagship track, and its length is the question callers raise most. Our Veterans to Work page gives it two shapes: a 10-week full-time day schedule, or a 12-week part-time evening schedule. Same material, different pacing. So if you want the shortest calendar, the day cohort is your answer. Conversely, if you are working now, the evening cohort survives contact with a real week.
Meanwhile, students tell us the study load outside class is what they underestimate. That is the hidden half of how long SAP certification takes. PMP and CAPM Timelines
Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) both come from the Project Management Institute, which sets the eligibility rules — not the school. So your PMP timeline covers more than the class calendar. PMI checks eligibility before it will seat you for the exam, so start that application while the course runs.
By contrast, CAPM is the entry credential and asks less of your work history. PMI's handbook is where you confirm which of the two you qualify for today. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt moves to a different rhythm than a software track. In particular, much of the work is applying a method to a problem you already understand. In our cohorts, veterans and logistics professionals often tell us the concepts feel familiar and the vocabulary is the new part. So classroom hours carry more of this timeline than outside practice does.

CompTIA, ServiceNow, MOS and CLT Timelines
Next, that leaves four tracks to place on your calendar. CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+ are modular, so you can sit one exam at a time instead of clearing the whole stack at once. Also, CompTIA sets its own scheduling and retake rules, and those rules — not the classroom calendar — often decide your exam date. Read CompTIA's exam scheduling rules before you commit to a target.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is the platform track, and it suits people who already think in tickets, queues and workflows. How Long Does It Take to Get Certified While Working Full Time?
Longer on the calendar, the same in total effort. So a part-time evening cohort spreads identical content across more weeks. You are learning it on a slower clock, which is what part-time certification programs exist to do.

- Funding first. If the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA), the GI Bill or a workforce voucher is paying, open that application before you pick a cohort.
- Pick your format. Day, evening, weekend or online. The same content occupies a different number of weeks in each.
- Count the class weeks. Take the number from the program page for your track, not from a general search result.
- Add the exam window. The credential body seats you, so read its scheduling rules while you are still in class.
- Leave room for a retake. Planning for one and not needing it beats the reverse.
