St. Michael's Learning Academy is a woman- and minority-owned certification training academy serving veterans and professionals across Texas, Michigan and Nevada. Our programs are industry-driven, taught by certified instructors, and mapped to the credentials employers actually hire for.

Our story

Training that leads to work, since 2013

SMLA has trained soldiers on military installations since February 2013. Today the same hands-on approach runs on four campuses, in live online classes and through employer and workforce partners.

Army Career Skills Program

On-installation SAP S/4HANA cohorts three times a quarter for soldiers getting ready to transition. Still running today.
Fort Bliss
A second installation

An MOU at Fort Bliss, and PMP training for 43 soldiers and civilians through the Army Continuing Education System in 2023 and 2024.

A licensed career school in Texas and Michigan, and an eligible training provider for WIOA funding in Texas, Michigan and Nevada.
