Real-world learning
Taught on the Now Platform, the backbone of every ServiceNow product, so what you practice in class is what you will do at work.
Hands-on practice
You work in your own sandbox instance and complete lab exercises that build from the fundamentals to specialised product lines, including IT Service Management and Governance, Risk and Compliance.
Certifications and beyond
Prepare for the Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and ServiceNow micro-certification exams.

Do I need a technical background?
No. The program is built for both technical and non-technical students. Many ServiceNow roles, such as support specialist, change adoption specialist and business analyst, are non-technical, and the platform work is taught from the ground up.
Which certifications does the program prepare me for?
The ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), the Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) tracks, and ServiceNow micro-certifications in specialised areas. Exams are taken through ServiceNow.
Can I use military or workforce funding?
Eligible students pay with Army Credentialing Assistance, Air Force and Navy COOL, WIOA through their local workforce board, MyCAA / Spouse Works or GI Bill® benefits. We confirm eligibility at the info session and help with the paperwork.
